Used Volvo Penta MD100B 162hp Six Cylinder Naturally Aspirated Keel Cooled Marine Diesel Engine. We have a pair of these units available producing 162hp @ 2000rpm. No turbochargers and about as mechanically basic as you can get! Cubic capacity is 9.6L so good low revving power. Ideal for replacing a Gardner or similar. Although keel cooled, the vessels these were removed from had water cooled exhausts so the engines do currently have gear driven sea water pumps fitted on them so could easily be heat exchanger cooled with the fitment of an appropriately sized heat exchanger.
