New and slightly used products (This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used) may be returned within 60 days of date of purchase show in invoice order. Items must be returned in with intact packaging.

• Return Window: 60 days of date of purchase show in invoice order.
• Return Method: By mail and In store.
• Currency: US Dollar (USD).
• Return Label: Included in the package
• Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee from price of product.

Refund Information

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we received the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For orders placed via In stock Pickup refunds also will be processed through original payment method. The payment of refunds will show in your account balance in 1-2 business days depending of payment method.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel any order or part of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
